Your best option is to contact local lenders. Ask friends and family for suggestions.

The problem with internet lenders is they may not have information about local programs that you might qualify for.

bk bailouts are not that hard but it is a bit higher rate. as loang as you fall into the guidelines there are many options for you for this

When you went on disability you should have called your mortgage lender and explained your new situation.

You should do that now to let them know that you have changed jobs and see if there are programs they have that can assist you in your problem.

They might have some type of loan modification that might help you, but you need to call and let them know.

You might also see if they have a streamlined refinance program. This will allow you to refinance without too much documentation since you are currently a client of theirs.

I hope this has been of some use to you, good luck.

I hope mine goes smoothly. I’ll be contacting you in the coming months. I’m living in the home I want to buy – renting with the intent to buy within the next 10 months. I rarely get a chance to get on the phone for any amount of time… is there an e-mail address that can be provided for me to write and ask some questions?

  5. Spaghetti Says:

Probably not. Your best bet is to ask a mortgage professional or two. What are you trying to do? I work for Countrywide and I won't call you or anything but I'll try and give you the answers you need as best I can? I'm not trying to sell anything, I just think it's important for people to be as educated as possible before they make a decision.
