It’s not my intention to villify CC’s mistress either, however she was a willing participant with the married husband of her childhood friend, w/ two small children in the mix . I don’t consider her “unfortunate”, I consider her as immoral and unscrupulous as CC. Falling prey to lies like Amber Frey did is one thing, but knowingly breaching the confines of someone else’s mariage is always asking for trouble. In this case it was deadly.

I would not be surprised if CC had his boat rigged for “trolling” for a long, long time. It takes a special type of person to wring the necks of his own sons, and it is not a faithful husband. We are talking about a monster of the first order.

Besides TL affair came after, “SC” signing over deed to the house, and after he took out ins policy on his wife in the timeline.

Oh how I love this. The "crooked salesman pulled a fast one." Why? because the economy took a downturn, and lenders tightened their loan requirements? Have you not paid attention to the news? You sure didnt care if there was a "fast one" involved when you got that car you wanted so badly.

There is a huge credit crunch right now. Lenders have really tightened up on what they will lend, and to whom. Where a 700 score was a slam dunk a year ago, its not so much right now. I am seeing people who would have just signed and driven away last year get turned down today.

Add to that, cars depreciate. I am sure you owe more on the car than it is worth – most of us who financed do.

If the bank you are currently financed through will not rewrite the loan, then its doubtful anyone else will either. They know your car payment history best, and they aren't willing to redo this. So its unlikely another lender will either.

And stop blaming that sneaky old car salesman for a contract you willingly signed. It takes two parties to make a deal.

Why not use E-loan again?

Realize that interest rates have risen during the past 2 years and with your mortgage, you may not be able to do better than 11%. Plus, your car has continued to depreciate and there may not be any equity remaining for a refinance. Just be happy with what you have and make timely payments until the balance is $0.

A Killer, without Killer eyes. I think his parents knew he did it from the start. His Mom seemed distant from him at the burial site. He pulled her towards him, most Mom’s would be hugging and crying out loud. None of them looked too sad. The Dad (Grandfather) rubbed his nose a bit before he got into the car. Then they peeled out of the cemetary like a bat out of Hell!!

churchs can be evil places ,,i think they serve the dark side,,(not all but 99.9 percent..without realising it..)the church is telling ppl now that you can commit any sin and be forgiven as long as u believe that jesus died for ur sibns,,i think to put fear in ppl is a much better approach..,what in the stuff was joyce doing there?she would have known…the second she seen her as joyce doesnt seem stupid to me.good thoughts albatross..
